CUSTOMER SATISFACTION COMMITMENT

Our customer service policy is relational. While all sales are considered final, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. Connect with us by email at samantha@bwss.org or call 778-996-5451.

We have taken the time to note all size measurements and the condition of each piece, so please have a close look at the details of the item you want to buy. You can also try on online items at our 3958 Main St, Vancouver, location open Monday to Sunday 11am-6pm.

As always, we meticulously check each item to ensure you are receiving high quality goodies, at reasonable prices while also supporting people who access Battered Women's Support Services.

SHIPPING

We ship items as often as possible, usually within 1 - 4 business days. We offer free shipping in Canada and the USA for orders over $100. We use Canada Post for shipping packages. We do our best with getting your order out right away, we appreciate your patience as your items may arrive later than expected.

Other international shipping rates are determined on the size and weight of the package. Duties and taxes on international shipments are the responsibility of the purchaser.

CLOTHING & ACCESSORY DONATIONS

We accept donations of gently used women and men's clothing and accessories at our 1830 Commercial Drive and 3958 Main Street locations Monday to Sunday 11am-6pm. If further information is needed, please do not hesitate to contact samantha@bwss.org or call 778-996-5451.
