CUSTOMER SATISFACTION COMMITMENT

Our customer service policy is relational. While all sales are considered final, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. Connect with us by email at mrsp@bwss.org or call 778-996-5451.

We have taken the time to note all size measurements and the condition of each piece, so please have a close look at the details of the item you want to buy.

As always, we meticulously check each item to ensure you are receiving high quality goodies, at reasonable prices while also supporting people who access Battered Women's Support Services. In light of the pandemic, our staff are also taking health and safety precautionary measures including frequent hand washing, social distancing, and using personal protective equipment when handling your order.

SHIPPING

We ship items as often as possible, usually within 1 - 4 business days. We offer free shipping in Canada and the USA for orders over $100. We use UPS and Canada Post for shipping packages. We do our best with getting your order out right away, yet in light of the global pandemic, we appreciate your patience as your items may arrive later than expected. Shipping and receiving packages are considered safe as per the World Health Organization.

Other international shipping rates are determined on the size and weight of the package. Duties and taxes on international shipments are the responsibility of the purchaser.

CLOTHING & ACCESSORY DONATIONS
